Butch Elfers, CFP® CPA joined Lang Financial Group, Inc. in 1997, and operates as the Director of Qualified Retirement Plans.  As a Certified Financial Planner® and Certified Public Accountant, Butch has the technical expertise to help you operate an effective retirement program for your organization.  In addition to having his CPA and CFP® designations, Butch holds his Series 7 securities license, life and health licenses, and is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and The American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).

Butch is a life-long resident of Cincinnati. He went to LaSalle High School and Northern Kentucky University and currently resides in White Oak with his wife and 3 children.  He volunteers much of his time to coaching youth soccer, and various other charitable organizations including People Working Cooperatively, St. James Fathers Ministry, and Answer the Call, CMC.
